Assignments & submissions

Homework that does not disappear between the desk and the dining table.

Standard plan and above

Why it matters

01

Guardians can see what is due

The most common question a parent asks — "do you have homework?" — stops depending on the answer they are given. Outstanding work appears in the parent app with its due date.

02

Submission tracked, not guessed

A teacher sees who has submitted, who is late and who has not handed in at all, per assignment, without counting exercise books.

03

Overdue work surfaces on its own

Unsubmitted and overdue counts roll up to the class teacher and to the leadership dashboard, so a learner quietly falling behind is noticed early.

Assignments are a small module that answers a large question: is this learner keeping up?

A teacher sets work against a subject, a stream and a due date. Learners and their guardians see it. Submissions are recorded, marked and returned with feedback inside the system, so the teacher knows who has handed in without carrying thirty exercise books around to find out.

The aggregate is what matters to the school. Outstanding and overdue counts roll up to the class teacher and onto the leadership dashboard, which turns “I think that learner has been struggling” into something a school can act on before the end of term.

See Assignments working on your school data

A demo runs about forty minutes and uses your own class lists, frameworks and grading — so you are looking at your school rather than a sample database.

Or try it first — the Trial tier gives you a full term, free, with every module unlocked.
